'18 Before 18' is a simple careers concept created by Mark Woodward - founder in 2000 of web portal Woody's Webwatch and former Head of Careers at Bablake in Coventry. The idea complements Emma Rosen's '25 Before 25' story and was inspired by reading national coverage of her journey in Spring 2017.
The '18 Before 18' planner was designed by The Jade Studio, following discussion with Bablake student Mollie O'Sullivan.
